Hi aunty yochana,

Your chiffon cakes have tempted me to purchase a copy of the book and I would like to make an attempt on this mango chiffon. Could you kindly advice if you did any adjustment to the ingredients as Sulin had done or did you follow through? TIA

Your bakes are so beautiful!

Aunt Yochana,
You bake so many chiffon before. I have the Kevin's book on Chifon also.
Wanna ask. How should i bake my chiffon for the following pan ?

6 eggs - 9 " tube pan
3 eggs - 7 " tube pan

for 7 " i normally bake at 17-0 ( follow Kevin's book) but find that middle not cook.

Pls advise whether i should increase 180 for 7" tube pan ?

Thanks

hi sukkimi,

No need to increase the temperature unless your oven is on the colder side. Size of tin depends on the volume which I've answered in the other comment that you left.
