    cake looks very delicious.
    How can you make chiffon cakes so high? When I bake chiffon cake it rise very high and when it is cool it falls inside and don´t look good anymore. Please give me your advice!!

  7. Em... Aunty Yochana, what i mean the red bean is it those japanese can red beans that used for dessert or it's just raw red bean and you nid to cook it till soft?

  8. it should be AZUKI red beans.. the typical small japanese ones? i'm guessing cos those are the ones normally used for dessert dishes.

    and yes yochana RECIPE please i LOVE red bean. it keeps me alive! :D

  10. Hi Ellena,

    I'm getting senile already...I used the raw red beans and boil till soft, not the canned type. Since you need to puree it, u can use the can type and cut down the sugar.

    Recipes are all from the book: Chiffon Cake is Done by Kevin Chai. I bought this book from Sun Lik. Happy baking everybody.
