  2. Hello AuntyYochana,

I'm a great fan of your postings and visit your blog everyday! I hope that's okay.

This jelly looks really nice and I would love to try to make it. Would you mind very much sharing the recipe with me please?

  4. Hi Yochana, its me again. Thanks for your reply on my question earlier. I still cannot imagine how you do this cooking everyday. They're look beautiful and I want to try your recipe to make mango mousse cake. Do I use fresh mango or in the jar? It's hard to get a very nice ripe mango here in the U.S. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Hi wita,

You can either blend fresh mango or buy store bought mango puree.

  8. Hi Lucy
I made this too. It tastes so good and is really yummy, especially with all the red beans. The recipe yielded so much. Plenty of baby moulds and one bigger mould. Did you do yours in two pans? Thot the top part looked like the Nordic Ware Sunflower Bundt pan... Never thought so much can be made from one pack of agar agar powder :-) Anyway, I will be making Suzy's Cake next week. Wish me luck!!

  9. Hi Lucy
Left you a msg earlier but perhaps you didn't get it. Juz wanted to tell u that I tried this using Jingle's recipe too. Very yummy and nice and it yielded quite a lot. I had more than 10 small molds and one big mold.
I like your pan - is it the sunflower pan from Nordic Ware? Anyway, I will be making Suzy's Cake next week. Wish me luck!!

  10. Hi Titiana,

Yes this jelly yields quite a lot. For small family, I suggest making half recipe. This mould is silikomart brand not nordic ware.

O.K.let me know how you fare in "Suzy's Cake"...and let me know how you find the taste.

  11. Hi Lucy,
I made this over the weekend and would like to seek your advise. I substituted the corn flour with the same amount of sweet potato flour. It turns out to be more like kueh than jelly. Is the texture right or is it becos of the flour I used?
    Many thanks n rgds,
    Anc.

  12. anc,

this red bean jelly is more like a pudding rather than the crunchy jelly.
