coffee ang ku kueh..a taste i have yet to try. Aunty lucy..the ku kueh looks very glossy and nice especially the generous filling.Does it bring out the coffee smell. Can you share the recipe as i think many loves eating this kueh.
actually it's very easy, instead of putting pandan juice or red colouring, I added in nescafe mixed with hot water plus some coffee paste too. The fillings are all standard...bean paste, coconut fillings or peanut fillings.

normally for ku kueh we have to brush with some oil thus the glossy look. It's nice and soft with the coffee taste.

yes..you can use the pandan ku kueh recipe. Split green beans is the same as the one that you used for making tao suan. Can buy from anywhere - NTUC.
