This cake looks really delicious. May I know how you made the layers for this cake? It looks like a baked cheesecake. Did you fill one layer, freeze it, then fill with the next layer, freeze again and so on before baking?

HI Karen,

first you bake a sponge cake then slice into two. The cheese filling is the chilled type. Just place a layer of sponge cake onto a cake board, spread 1/2 of the filling then top up with another layer of cake and the balance filling pour on top and level it.

Yes angeline, you can. Cut down 25 gm. of flour and substitute with 25 gm. of cocoa powder.
