Hi Aunty,

I had chanced upon your website few months ago and had since been hooked!

I'm really impressed with your bakes! I wish I can reach your skills level. Loved baking a lot but has not much time to improve my skills ever since i've become a working mum. :( So i really envy you.

I would like to try this traditional huat kueh. Could you post the recipe please? And yes, for the other huat kuehs - brown sugar, sweet potatos, what kind of mould do you use? I've ever read that the height of mould must be higher than the diameter of the base so the kuehs can smile brightly. true?

thanks.
