Fried some Nian Gao sandwiched between sweet potato and yam for CHAP GOH MEI

Hi yochana, we make the same thing also , fried nian go, but chinese indonesian made it,they put a lot of small red onion cut it finely, put salt, put white pepper, and mix it together with all purpose flour and rice flour ( rice flour make the batter crispy), egg and water into a batter. You have a very nice blog.
