sometimes I do see fresh oysters in NTUC but I used fresh shell meat today. Any shell meat will do.

I don't think I ever eat Hock Chiew fried oyster cake. It look something like our Malaysian Kuih sold by the Malay lady. Do you mind sharing the recipe with us. It look too good and I can't wait to make it myself. Thanks Lucy
