Hi Yochana, is the Nastar cookies pastry same as the rest of the pineapple tarts? How do you roll the pineapple filling inside.

Hi wang,

No the nastar recipe is different. This dough has to be softer so that you can press it out from the mould.

I bought my nastar mould from Sun Lik. Don't know whether they still have stock. Call before you go.
