Hi Y

Oh my god ... it's a monster oven! I haven't seen one like this in my entire life (quite "ulu", I know)! Wish I was your neighbour ... sigh! Fantastic looking tarts & as always, your bakes looks extremely delish & I'm sure they are. Just curious - how many diff types of cookies did you make for CNY? Have a great CNY & sit back & enjoy your bakes.

Best wishes
Ling (from Syd)

Hi Ling,

My daughther's friends used to laugh at me during CNY cos they couldn't test and taste all the cookies finish though they only took one piece from each container..plus cakes and buffet lunch.

Happy New Year to you.

Hi anita,

When the closed tarts are just out from the oven, they are really delicious cos I love the slight crispy feeling when I bite into the pastry...when it's like 1 or 2 days old, the pastry are softer. Mine is the same as those sold at "Smiling Orchid" cos I learnt from them.

Hi Jasmine and bluecrystal,

Yes, mine is a commercial oven - same as the one Bread Talk used. I specially imported the digital one from Sweden.

WA, i think not only yr oven is big, yr house must be very big too!!! Let me earn more $ and next time be yr neighbour. hehehehheee
