I would like to thank you for your lovely christmas presents which you sent via BK...thanks a million but feel paiseh leh..

The white layer is actually egg white. while the egg white is beating, pour in the hot agar agar. You will receive your agar agar jelly book soon and it's all there.

Dizzy,

slice the strawberries thinly and then arrange against the cake tray and then place the cake and pour in the mousse.
