Did you follow the recipe from the book 'Crave'? Can I replace the milk and cream with sour cream as I like my cheesecake to be a bit sourish?

Yes, this is from the book "Crave". Yes of course you can subsititute with sour cream if you like your cheesecake more sourish but I would like to highlight that this cheesecake is mixed with nutella so the taste could be funny though.
