Dear Aunty Yochana,

Steamed cake is always is healthy and is also my favourite choice especially anything with pumpkin.

Is this from Alex Goh's Steamed Cakes, i remember i saw this item from the book.

The centre line is it bloom by itself or we need to make knife to cut before we steamed?

Yes it's from Alex Goh's Magic Steamed Cakes.

The pumpkin cake bloom by itself.
