Hi aunt yochana,
may i know normally what would you do to prevent the frosting from melting? Normally cakes that was bought from a cake shop was left at rm temperature, the frosting will still be in a stable state, what did they add in the frosting to prevent the whipping cream from melting?

How come the Kirsch Torte, as in Cherry cake, doesn't have cherry inside?
