Eggless Cranberry and Walnut Cake
Ingredients:
250 gm. Maragrine or Butter
180 gm. castor sugar
180 ml. milk or water
340 gm. Self-raising flour
100 gm. dried cranberries - chopped
100 gm. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt.
Method:
(1) cream butter and sugar till creamy.
(2) Add in milk or water and cream till well-combined.
(3) Fold in sifted flour, followed by cranberries and walnuts.
(4) Scoop into muffin cups and bake at 175C for about 25 mins. or till cooked.

hi, can i have the recipe for this one? i've been wandering some eggles recipes but none actually came out as fluffy as your ( i think yours looks so fluffy n spongy) thx
