I really admired all your cakes. How did you make all the character like that? Did you make them out of fondan or those are plastic? I loved you work.

Those are fondant.. I mould it with my hands. It's not plastic cos plastic will shine when you snap photos.

Is it possiblbe that you can show to us how to make fondan. I love to bake and hopefully one day I'll be like you. I have three young kids so I really love to be creative like you. Please excused my English.
