It is kind of mind boggling to me. The first pictures looks like churros to me with the ends dipped in chocolate. The second picture is the revealing one where it says it all. Two cookies sandwiched together with a kind of fruit jam or jelly. I salute you big time for your innovative and creative pastry invention. I once walked the streets of Paris and stopped by to a lot of bakeries but do not recall seeing this cookie!
