I love your recipes. I would like to know why all my cakes or bread or muffins I make always tend to turn dry and hard the next day but fine the day of the baking. I follow the recipes to a T. My oven temperature has also been checked. What am I doing wrong?
The bread looks really yummy and soft... can I have the recipe?
