Hi Auntie Yochana, may i ask wat cake recipe did u use to make these beautiful cakes with fondant? Optima flour? Are they firm enough for fondant? Please advise. Thanks!!:)

Optima cake flour is too soft for fondant. I used moist chocolate cake.
