Never doubt your baking and pastry skills. You can do everything. They give you a bag of flour and tub of butter, you will come up with something out of ordinary. It boggles my mind if you have a bake shop or catering business. The goodies you make are way too much for family consumption even though you have an appetite of seven giant men! I know reading from your posts you give baking lessons but what you do with all these goodies? Your response is greatly appreciated. I will not run to compete your business believe me as we are oceans apart. Thanks.

my dad likes this type of almond cookies but unfortunately he cant eat those selling outside cos they are too sweet for his diabetes.
