Hey Aunty Yochana, all the baked goods that you bake look fabulous! I aspire to be like you one day!:D Anyway, can you give me some advice on how to prevent a butter crust at the top of the cake? Is the oven temperature too high? How do you get the golden layer of skin at the top of the cake?

I did nothing to my oven. I just use 175C to bake my butter cake. It's probably the quality of the oven ..
