    hi i've tried to make this cake before but somehow the cream cheese frosting melts very easily. do you have recipes/advice for frosting that can hold up in singapore's heat and humidity? thanks very much!

    When I was residing in Australia, my classmate used to make this cake and poured the whole bottle of red colouring just to get the "red" colour in the cake. May I ask if this is so for this cake?
