  4. What actually is potatoe bread? Is it called potatoe bread because it has potatoe starch? Just curious.

    If we use kitchenaid cake mixer to kneld, how long should we kneld dough to get soft & fluffy bread?

    you have to knead till the dough is smooth and shiny. You must beat till the gluten is formed and you can stretch the dough.
