    Hi Aunty,

    I just change my oven, this one has Fan function.,
    Can I know whether I need to on the "Fan" mode when I am baking muffins or cakes? I'm a bit confuse when to use "Fan". Can you enlighten me?

    ( I bake muffins most of the time using top and bottom heat previously). Thanks.

    I was wondering if microwave ovens can bake cakes/muffins etc the same way as conventional ovens do?

    Sorry, I've been busy and my computer was giving me trouble.

    No matter what functions I have on my oven, I still stick back to my top and bottom heat for baking. I don't use fan mode.
