Hi Yochana,

Can we use hand to knead the dough & knead for how long to get the soft bread? When rolling the buns should we use oil or flour on the table & hands?

For Bread & Bun - do you bake in the middle shelf or lower shelf? Have problem as the bread or bun came out uneven - some turn golden brown some are not. Bake at 200C. Please comments.
