  3. I do not know what cutter you used to cut your lemon bars but it must be extremely sharp as no rugged edges is noticeable. The edges are smooth as silk like the filling too.

    I know what you mean cos sometimes I do have jagged edge.
    make sure your bakes are not too cold and hard then you will be able to slice it nicely.
