    I made a red velvet cake last weekend and used this recipe http://www.howcast.com/videos/139827-How-To-Make-Red-Velvet-Cake .I kind of changed the red food coloring amount and mixed it in with beet juice because I was scared i'd grow a third arm with the amount of food coloring the recipe asked for. Needless to say the cake turned out just the way I expected it to, and my family ate the thing within two days.
