This is the prettiest Jelly I've seen in a while! This would be so perfect for a babyshower or spring luncheon. Would you mind releasing the recipe and procedure for this beauty? Thanks, Stephanie

This cake mould is by far the prettiest. By the way, Anuty Lucy, can we use patterned mould like this for chiffon cakes? Will the cake rise?

Hi Aunty, I've been a frequent visitor to your wonderful blog ever since I stumbled upon it. Thank you for sharing all the lovely photos and recipes. May I ask where you bought this lovely and unusual jelly mould? I love to make jelly but unfortunately can't find nice moulds. Thank you.

regards,
Pinkfairy

Hi natasya

no , you can't use this mould to make chiffon cake. It can rise definitely. The problem is - it's very difficult to unmould the cake cos chiffon cake needs to be inverted for airing till cooled.

Hi Lucy, can we do a unbaked chilled cheesecake in this type of mould? Will it be difficult to unmould the cake?
