Btw, for most of your baking recipes, what size of eggs do you use? The normal ones that most supermarkets sell or do we need to buy larger eggs? Been reading online, some said 1 egg usually equates to the American size large egg. Could you advise? Maybe on the weight for each egg (without shell)? Thank you...
