hi aunty,
can i check with you for baked cheesecake that need water bath , can i use a tray of hot water on the bottom shelf then put my cheesecake in the middle shelf or the cheesecake must be place inside the water bath rather then above , what will the results be like in these two method ?

I've tried that method before and it does work for me..it also depends on individual oven tho..

oh thanks alot for your reply, trying to bake your cheesecake but didnt have a bigger tray ... hehehe will try baking one of your cheesecake tomor .
