Macaron Croquembouche

This is for dear little sweet "MISCHA" who turned "1" today....HAPPY BIRTHDAY dear..

    Hi, aunty yo.. thank you so much for creating such a beautiful piece :)

    my guess was right, the croquembouche looks better than the birthday cake itself (i got it from ecreative.com.sg quite a disappointment). Many of the guests & the organizers thought that the croquembouche is the birthday cake :)

    I'm very very pleased with the result. It surpasses my expectation (trust me, I have a very high expectation in everything!)

    Will definitely order more beautiful & yummy cakes from you!! :)
