Looks great. My roots are from Philippines and we call this hopia.
I bought a bottle of SP or ovalette ( orange colour ) and it hard to dissolve it, it's tiny bits can still be seen all over the cake batter, what is the correct way of using it?
Yes, I am Filipino from birth to grave! I am sure you are aware of this, but I am still sharing it with you. After molding your polvoron keep them in the refrigerator before wrapping them. They will keep their shape well and splitting is minimized to zero occurrence. I love the Oreo cookies flavor. Just processed the cookies in the food processor and mix it with your polvoron. Cut your polvoron sugar though as the cookies have sugar in them including their filling. Kind regards and thank you again for sharing all your wonderful and innovative creations.

Hi Kium
Sp or ovalette is used for whisking with eggs till the volume doubles in size.
