Hi Aunty,

I've tried using the silicon muffin moulds but i always can't get the muffins out nicely.. they always break halfway or at a corner..

do i have to grease the moulds with loads of butter? or wait for the muffins to cool to completely before removing them from the moulds? or how else should i do so that the muffins turn out nice.

please advise..... thanks.. :)

Regards,
Claire

Hi Claire

Just grease lightly will do or use a pan coating spray. The cake should dislodge from the mould easily.

Hi Yochana,

Where can I buy this beautiful mould? If I use small silicon mould with 10 flowers, how long must I bake or follow the same as what you have stated per your recipe? What is grated chocolate? Thanks.

Hi Yochana,

Sorry to ask, how much should we fill up the pan, 2/3, 3/4 or full? What is bundt?
Thanks

Hi Marie,

you can use any mould you like. Grated chocolate - buy a block of butter and grate it.

Hi Maris,

Just fill to almost 3/4 height.

I bought this mould from Chong Trading at The Adelphi.
