Passionfruit Cheesecake

18 comments:

  1. Auntie, this is really nice, the slightly sour taste of the passion fruit is an excellent balance to the cheese cake!

    Another superb combination!
Also thanks for you generous teaching yesterday.

    cheers!

  11. Dearest Aunty Yochana,
I'm so glad that I had attended your macarons class. My son was so happy when he saw the box of colourful macarons. His favourite - hazalnut ones.

I used the almond tartlettes recipe to bake the tarts yesterday and filled them with orange-flavour ganache and top with berries.

Thank you for the wonderful high-tea spread too.

P/S: Please conduct lessons on cake decorating!

    Agape,
    Wendy

Your son very clever. Woah..you're pretty fast. I can see that your passion for baking is there so that is how u created another flavour using my almond tart recipe. Thumbs up Wendy...
