aunty i'm now having one big pot of mashed cooked yam with me. I was about to make them into yam paste but when i tried mashing them, it was not fluffy and pretty hard... i guess it was due to the quality. Should i throw everything away? Or i can "Blend" them and continue making yam paste?? Thank you

How do you make the braids on the bread? The dough is usually quite elastic.
