Hi Yochana,
I want to make about 50 pcs of cupcakes with sugar paste for a birthday party. Can I make the sugar paste few days in advance then store in the fridge? Pls advise, thank you.

yes you can prepare ahead but no need to put in the fridge. It will cause it to become wet - condensation.
