Aren't they so delicious :). This was the first bread I tried baking. My compliments to all your bakes, they are my source of inspiration to continue working on my baking skills.
Thanks for letting us know it's of Filipino origin. Central American (includes Mexican) sweet buns are yeasty but they are kind of dry on the inside but usually most of them have that sugar coating on the outside too. Your buns looks yeasty and fluffy inside (doesn't look dry to me). Keep up the good treats!
