Wow, how do you get the coloured jellies to sit so evenly in the white jelly? It's beautiful!

Yo, nice jelly. I just read your blog and came across a request in your 2007 entry, asked by a Miss Karen from Canada "what is Tang Hu Loo?" You said you would like someone who know tell you what is it. It is just candied crabapple (a very small variety of apple found in cool climate zone. Either let the sugar caramelized brown or dye it red.
Keep up with your good work, you did a wonderful job of showing others if I can do it so can you.
Take care.

Hi Aunty Yochana

What a beautiful jelly.. how do you do it? It looks like a stained glass jelly... hee hee.. so beautiful.

Can teach us how to get this colourful jelly inside the jelly?

Sorry if I ask too much.

Oh ya, after seeing this, I tried making a very simple mango agar agar following exactly the agar agar's package instructions and put some slices of mangoes. My nephews and niece just love them... So I am quite encourage to further this skill.

Thanks Aunty for this wonderful jelly.

Cheers
Olivia
