Hi Aunty Yo, all your Lapis Cakes are so beautifully designed. They are too beautiful to be eaten. You have special cake pans to do those designs, right? Probably can't buy those cake pans here in Toronto. Do you have overseas online shopping for your cake accessories? Oh...it's my birthday today...and guess what..I've tried baking your Red Bean & Green Tea Mousse Cake...I'm sucker for mousse cakes...wish I know how to post the picture of my cake for you to see...It doesn't look as gorgeous as yours for sure...and I haven't taste it yet...cutting the cake tonight...will let you know later..Anyway, thanks so much for sharing your recipes...

Hi Sue,

HAPPY BIRTDAY TO YOU...

For lapis, I don't use special pans. Just an ordinary square tin does the job. It's just mix and match kind of cake.
