    Yes , this is the almond tarts you learnt. Just throw some Varhorna Les Perles on top and it taste yummy.

    check with you, where u bought ur tart mould from ? cos the last batch of mould i bought, i think the color of the mould can make the tart skin black black colour. Thanks... is it made of aluminium ?

  8. Dear aunty,

    I tried the tarts this morning. However,the filling has portion which is uncooked but the top is almost burnt and has crack. What could be the reasons? Was the oven too hot? Should I bake it at the lowest rack?

    In that case, bake at the bottom shelf instead of the middle shelf.
