  14. Hi Aunty,

Very cute looking cookie, I like the small glossy dot on top. May I know how you did it?

  15. Hi Let's masak,

It's just egg yolk. Aunty want it fast, so i used my index finger, dip into egg yolks and then on top of the cookies.

  16. Hi Lucy

May I know if I can use semolina flour to replace with the plain flour? Bought for quite some time but don't know what to do with it.

Next, any change in the texture of cookies if I use Crisco shortening instead of Qhee?

    Thanks for yr advice.

  17. Hi Catherine

Actually i don't use semolina for sugee cookies. I used ghee. If you use shortening than your sugee cookies doesn't taste like sugee.
