Hi Aunty,

Your cake looks very uniform in thickness. Mine tends to be shorter at the sides. Did you do anything special to your cake tin or cake to get such an equal thickness?

Thanks,
Nana

Hi Aunty Yochana,

Would you mind posting this recipe? This looks really delicious. Can I ask what kind of pan you use--is it stainless steel and how come it has those indentations on top of your cake...does it come from the cake pan? Thank you and and early Happy CNY!

Hi Claire,

I just use a normal square pan. Those indentations comes from my cooling rack when I invert it to cool. I don't use special pan.
