Hi Aunty Yo, Wow! this dessert looks so inviting...You know what this dessert will be so great on a hot summer weekend BBQ party here in Toronto...mmmmmm..can already see the faces of everyone, including myself lighting up when eating it...heheheh...

I have a packet of ice jelly powder (left over from making another dessert) and am wondering what to do with it...cause i don't want to make that same dessert. do u think you can post the recipe or send it to me pls? my email add is octopusmum@yahoo.com.sg.

Just use the same recipe that you have used, then add in the sour plum and boil. After that remove the sour plums and let it set.
