Hello Aunty Yochana,

I intend to bake a cake for my dad's birthday (late Jan) and I have practised once but I have a small problem..

How do you make the cream to cover the cake on top?

I've tried using those bottled sprayed on ones from NTUC but they dissolve really quickly, like before I'm done decorating.

I just need a small amount to cover the top and the sides of a round cake, about 22cm in diameter (that's the size stated on the mould when I bought it)

Please help!
