Fried Chiku

What did you use to slice the chiku? Do you have to sun the sliced or soak the chiku before you fry them?

yes you have to soak before frying.

Hi mying,

Just thinly slice the chiku. Soak in salt water for 1 hour , drain dry and then deep fry.
