hahaha Lileeng, I never go to Wilton lah. I just learn it from books only. This is like play dough but the adult type.

could you please advise which kind of topping can last in the room temperature the longest? buttercream or just use the whip cream?

Butter cream will last longer in room temp.

this collection reminds me of the Elves and the Shoemaker story which i used to read as a kid....
(p.s. the storybook is still in the bookshelf, very well kept too).

Lucy, amazing you didn't attend Wilton and yet can do so much! I attended Course 1 & 2 but no way near your standard lah! So paisey... Practice makes perfect and guess I need to practise more! As usual, kudos to you.
