Aunty, what is pittaya? Cud u tell me how to melt white choc, cos mine seems hard to melt..is there somethin to add in to make it look like 'liquid'?? Btw can u share this recipe to my w/site: pbinty65@yahoo.com.my.....TQ again

It's a bit short..better not. 2" high would be better.

You must not melt the white choc under intense heat, just 20 sec microwave will do.


Pittaya is Vietnamese Red Dragon fruit.
