Hi Aunty,

Can i omit the adding the gelatine if i making for my friend who is a vegetarian?

Thanks
Melissa

Hi Melissa,

without gelatine, the mixture becomes watery, so gelatine is a must for mousse unless it's straight from the fridge then eat it up.

Almost every week i wld visit your site & i just adore your work. Simply love your creative work & the way you cut your cakes.

Do you offer classes? Appreciate if you could email me rosnahrabian@yahoo.com if you do have them. Thank you & happy baking.
