    i have your kuih bangkit recipe which i thought of adding some durian puree instead of santan.

    May i know there is any special technique to roll the pineapple jam so evenly covered by your pastry. Usually for making nastar style, how much jam we use for each nasar. Thanks

    just agak agak will do.

    Press out the dough with a nastar presser then place jam on top and roll over.

  13. Can i use shortbread recipe which contain rice flour for making decorative christmas cookies? I was told i've to choose solid recipe for making such cookies so that it wouldn't turn soft quickly...... is that true? Thanks
