Auntie cud u plse share the recipe..i visit my friends'hse during christmas and eat fruit cake n fell in love with it. I noticed the color of ur fruit cake is light( my friend's cake dark in color- the flour).What's the ing. to light and dark color?? TQ again

Hi Patricia,

Use dark brown sugar and add in Treacle to get the dark colour.
